I'm not paralyzed by a lack of data and metrics. I design based on competitors, UX heuristics, and rapid validation through prototypes.
I understand the constraints of business and development, know how to find a balance between perfection and timing; my designs are implemented quietly and without knifing. I can even write some CSS for a little extra tha benjamins.
I'm an autonomous team player. I formulate tasks from vague requests, sync with PM/PO/devs without waiting.
I'm used to working on 2-3 projects simultaneously – not exactly thrilled about it, but I know how to prioritize and maintain quality.
