Resource Manager's SaaS Platform
Multi-tenant SaaS platform designed to streamline Resource Management (RM) and Human Resource Management (HRM) processes. Enables managers to search for employees, manage skills, oversee employee lifecycles, book resources, and track project history.
Problem in a tweet: Instinctools struggled with fragmented HR/resource management across Google Sheets, SMART, 1C, and other disconnected tools, forcing employees to constantly switch between platforms and creating inefficiencies.
My contribution: Led the end-to-end UX design for platform. Designed for multiple user roles and optimized for remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Key metric moved: Achieved 53% reduction in time spent on HR administrative tasks and 89% user adoption rate within 6 months of launch, while reducing system switching by 78%.

Instinctools recognized the need to modernize their human resource management approach as the company scaled to 400 employees. The COVID-19 pandemic occurring during our development phase actually validated our remote work adoption accelerated globally, making our unified platform even more valuable for distributed teams.
